At the age of 17, Melinda left the small town of Fitzgerald, Georgia to join the US Navy. Her experience in the real estate industry began in 2014 when she purchased her first investment property. Working as a landlord and property manager all while still serving as an active-duty military member gave her a superior level of communication, client service, and time management skills.
After serving 10 years, Melinda was honorably discharged from the military as a decorated veteran to pursue entrepreneurship and launch a second career in real estate. After starting her real estate career in Dallas, TX, motherhood brought her back to her humble beginings in south Gerogia where she sold 3.2 Million in real estate her first year in this new market.
